Philip Konopik is the Regional Managing Director for Visa in the Nordic & Baltics, responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Visa’s clients and partners in the region, ensuring Visa is the preferred partner to pay and be paid in secure, efficient, and frictionless ways.

Philip joined Visa in 2016 as the Country Manager for Ireland, forming part of the UK & Ireland leadership team at Visa.

Before joining Visa, he was Principal Consultant and part of the leadership team for Market Gravity, a leading UK/US Proposition Development consultancy acquired by Deloitte Digital in 2017. Earlier in his career, Philip was a consultant at Capgemini within digital transformation in the UK and Sweden.

Philip graduated from Stockholm School of Economics M Sc. In Business Administration and Operations Management, and a B.A from Lund University in Business Administration.
